WorkWiser is a co-working office space dedicated to energetic entrepreneurs, freelancers, project teams, corporate businesses, international workers, start-ups and already established companies. Started as a proof of concept with 30 seats in 2018 in an iconic building from 1911 in Somerset West, WorkWiser moved to brand new building developped by the McClatchey Group in May 2020. After the intital 2 months WorkWiser spread to all 3 floors in their new building and are now the most luxurious and leading co-working office spase in Somerset West.

What type of industries typically operate out of WorkWiser?
Our clients operate in very diverse fields - from recruitment, publishing, marketing, technology and other professional services like advocates and professional traders. Our co-working office space is open to everyone.
Can I bring my own furniture to my private office?
WorkWiser will provide the furniture fit out of your private office. You’re welcome to bring anything else like wall decoration or any equipment needed to fulfil your professional tasks but WorkWiser provides the furniture to you. This way we can assure that the aesthetics of the offices remains world class and inspiring for everyone. Talk to us about your requirements and we will accommodate you to the best we can.
What is the duration of the lease?
Our flexible leases range to accommodate short and long term clients. One month’s notice is due if you decide to terminate your lease.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upfront on the 1st business day of each month.
Can I access my office 24/7?
Yes, access can be arranged on request. Dedicated desks and Private office members are provided with their personal access tags and remotes. Hot desks members only have access from 8am till 5pm on work days.
What are the general office hours?
WorkWiser is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Zapper payment at the premises, or alternatively a monthly debit order.
